This website is owned and operated by First Bloom Works under the brand name Decimal Coffee. Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Decimal Coffee. By accessing this website or purchasing products from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our coffees, merchandise, or digital services for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose. In using our service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to intellectual property and copyright laws).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time.
You understand that your general content (excluding encrypted payment credentials) may be transferred unencrypted over various telecommunication networks to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting systems. Credit card, debit card, and UPI information is always encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols during network transmission.
While we strive for technical perfection in our brew guides, journal articles, and origin documentations, the material on this site is provided for general informational and educational guidance.
Any reliance on historical lore or tasting profiles is at your own discretion. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update past publications.
Certain specialty coffee lots, microlots, and limited roasts are offered exclusively online with restricted batch availability. We roast in deliberate small batches on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We have made every effort to accurately display our packaging and coffee sensory profiles. However, coffee is an agricultural product whose physical attributes, crema thickness, and extraction nuances may naturally vary based on water mineral content, grinder burr geometry, water temperature, and brew methodology.
All returns and replacements are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cap any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased per individual, household, or shipment address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was created.
You agree to supply accurate, complete, and current purchase and account credentials for all orders placed through Decimal Coffee.
In no case shall First Bloom Works, our partners, roasters, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, or logistics carriers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, replacement costs, or similar losses—arising from your use of the website or any products purchased.
Our liability in all matters shall be limited to the monetary value paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements whereby we supply you with products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
