Tasting Notes as Sensory Guides: Descriptors such as “dark chocolate,” “roasted hazelnut,” “stone fruit,” or “wild honey” represent intrinsic cupping notes identified by certified Q-graders. They are not artificial flavors or added ingredients.
Your final cup in your kitchen or café will vary based on variables outside our direct control, including:
