Yes, we offer customizable South Indian Filter Coffee blends. You can choose from traditional blends (such as 65:35, 85:15, or 90:10 coffee-to-chicory ratios) featuring premium roasted chicory to add body and sweetness, as well as 100% pure coffee options with zero chicory.

What is Barrel-Aged Coffee and does it contain alcohol?

Our barrel-aged coffee is made by conditioning green (unroasted) coffee beans in freshly emptied oak barrels from premium craft spirit distilleries (such as Highland Whisky casks). The porous beans absorb the natural spirit aromatics and sugars from the wood. During the roasting process, any trace alcohol evaporates completely, leaving a complex flavor profile with zero alcohol content.

We offer four grind options: Whole Bean (Unground) for maximum freshness; Fine Grind for espresso and South Indian filter; Medium Grind for pour-over (V60, Chemex) and AeroPress; and Coarse Grind for French Press and cold brew.

How long will my coffee stay fresh after roasting?

Accepted Answer

We roast in small batches and ship within days. For optimal flavor, we recommend resting your beans for 3–7 days after the roast date to allow CO₂ degassing, then consuming within 4–6 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in the resealable bag provided — avoid refrigerating or freezing.
